Lady Panthers roll past Taylor County

Hardly four weeks into the school year and Perry is already looking for a test.

Of course that may only apply for student-athletes on the volleyball court and not the classroom. As in: “We are looking forward to tough matches today,” said Lady Panthers volleyball Head Coach Terri Hunt, referring to the twin-bill the team has at Stratford and in which it is also slated to take on Warner Robins. The first serve is slated for 5 p.m.

One reason why Hunt might believe it’s time for a quiz so to speak is the presumably easy time it had against Taylor County.

Perry beat it 25-7, 25-8 Monday at home. Chloe Marshall had seven aces in the effort and Michaela Reams three aces.

Also, Kaytashia Ridley had five kills and Leah Spears four.
